Are you looking for a fantastic surf lesson in Armação de Pêra?
The experience is for 3 hours and is suitable for both beginners and experienced surfers. Our certified surf coaches will help you ride the waves with ease. Join us in the morning or afternoon at low tide, which is the perfect environment for beginners with beautiful and easy waves. Expect to have 3 hours of fun. We will also provide you with photos of your lesson as a souvenir.
During the lesson, you will learn how to choose a board, control the board, and position your body. We will also have a group warm-up to get your body ready for action. Safety is our top priority, so we will teach you the surf safety fundamentals. Additionally, we will provide you with useful exercises to improve your surf technique. During the lesson, our coaches will provide you with tips, goals, and corrections to help you improve. We will also teach you proper etiquette and how to choose a wave.
We will provide you with surf gear, wetsuits, and insurance. However, you will need to bring your own water, a light snack, a swimsuit or underwear (to use under the wetsuit), sunblock, and a good night’s rest. Make sure to come with a good mood and enjoy the experience!
