At Lisbon Surf Connection, we are a passionate team driven by the vision of delivering unforgettable surf experiences to travelers exploring Lisbon.
The mentors behind this project first met in 2004 during a surfing championship at Carcavelos Beach, united by their shared love for the sea. Both represented Portugal on the national surfing team from 2005 to 2008. António later pursued a degree in Marketing and Advertising, followed by a master’s in Digital Marketing. Meanwhile, Tomás built a successful career as a professional freesurfer and remains one of Portugal’s most prominent surfers.
In 2014, after years of following different paths, they reconnected with a shared dream: to create Lisbon Surf Connection. We combine two of Portugal’s greatest treasures: the world-class quality of its waves and the rich mystique of its culture—food, museums, monuments, and more.
